Fixtures
Taps, mixers, sinks, basins, toilets and shower sets fitted level, sealed properly and tested for leaks.
Overview
A new tap or toilet should be a simple upgrade. When it is fitted badly, though, it leads to slow leaks inside cabinets, wobbling basins, poor flushing and water damage that only shows up later. Careful installation is what makes a good fixture last.
Our plumbers fit and replace kitchen and bathroom fixtures of all common makes, from single taps to complete bathroom sets. We check the supply and waste connections, use the right seals and fixings, set everything level and test for leaks and proper flow before we finish.
If you are choosing new fixtures, we are happy to advise on what will suit your water pressure and existing pipework — before you buy.
Our process
Every visit follows the same clear sequence, so you always know what is happening and why.
01
We inspect supply and waste connections and confirm the new fixture suits them.
02
Old fixtures are carefully removed, with valves isolated and surfaces protected.
03
New fixtures are mounted level and secure, with correct seals, connectors and fixings.
04
Flow, flushing and every joint are tested for leaks, and packaging is cleared away.

Questions
Yes. We check that they are complete and suitable for your supply and waste connections before fitting. If anything is missing, we will tell you before we start.
Usually the fill valve or flush valve seal is worn or out of adjustment. It is a common, inexpensive repair that also saves a lot of water.
Most tap and mixer replacements take under an hour, provided the isolation valves work. If valves are seized we can replace them during the same visit.
Yes. Concealed frames need careful setting out and testing before the wall is closed, so we coordinate closely with your tiler or contractor.
