Straight answers about booking, pricing, materials and what to do when water is where it shouldn’t be.
Call +880 1717-226175, call our landline +880 2588-810622, email contact@dripfixhub.com or use the request form on our Contact page. Tell us what is happening and, if you can, send a photo — it helps the plumber bring the right parts.
Most repairs can be scheduled the same day or the next working day. Requests received before midday have the best chance of a same-day slot. Active leaks and overflowing drains are prioritised.
Ideally, yes — or someone you trust who can show the plumber the problem and approve the quote. For landlords and property managers we can coordinate access with tenants.
Clear the area around the problem (the cabinet under the sink, for example), make sure the main stop valve is accessible, and switch off any electrical appliance near the leak.
Always. After diagnosing the problem the plumber gives you a written quote for parts and labour. Work begins only after you approve it.
We stop and show you. You will get a separate price for the extra work and you decide whether to go ahead now, later or not at all.
We accept cash, bank transfer and the common mobile banking services. Payment is due once the work is completed and tested, unless agreed otherwise for larger projects.
For straightforward jobs a quote is given during the visit. For larger installation or repiping projects that need a detailed survey, we will tell you in advance if any survey fee applies.
Yes. Our plumbers carry common fittings, valves, seals and traps, and we can source specific taps, toilets, heaters and pumps. You are welcome to supply your own fixtures — we will check they are suitable before fitting.
PPR, uPVC, CPVC, GI and copper are the most common. When repairing, we match or properly transition between materials so joints stay reliable.
No. We protect floors, contain dust when opening walls, and clean up before leaving. Old parts are taken away unless you want to keep them.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we carried out fails because of our work, contact us and we will come back to put it right. Details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
A burst or leaking pipe you cannot stop, water near electrics, a blocked toilet when it is the only one, sewage backing up, or a water heater leaking from its body or safety valve.
It is usually where the supply pipe enters the building, near the water meter, under the kitchen sink or close to the pump. Our plumbers will happily show you during any visit.
Common causes include a partly closed valve, a blocked filter or aerator, a failing pump, an empty or poorly connected tank, or a hidden leak. We test each step to find the real cause.
Frequent use can harm older pipes and seals, and they rarely remove the grease or debris that caused the blockage. Mechanical clearing is safer and longer lasting.
Talk to a plumber directly — we are happy to give honest advice, even if it turns out you do not need a visit.
